Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Mustapha Bouchou Bass Academy ("the Academy"), a website offering online bass guitar lessons by subscription. By creating an account or subscribing you accept these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity under your account.

Subscriptions are billed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Prices may change; we will notify you before any change affects your renewal.

While your subscription is active you may stream the lessons for your own personal, non-commercial use. Access ends when your subscription ends or a payment fails. Some videos may be offered as free previews; every other lesson requires an active subscription.

All videos, audio, notation, text and images are the property of the Academy or its licensors. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or redistribute the content, or share your account with others. Sharing access may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

We may update these terms, the courses or the service. If we make significant changes we will inform you. We may suspend or cancel an account that breaks these terms.

For any question about these terms, write to mbouchou@hotmail.com.
