Refund Policy

The Academy offers digital content (streaming video lessons) that becomes available immediately after purchase. Because the content is delivered instantly in full, subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

Once your subscription is active and you have had access to the lessons, payments are not refunded. This includes partial periods: if you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period and no further charges are made.

If you cannot access or play the content because of a technical problem on our side, contact us at mbouchou@hotmail.com and we will fix it or, if it cannot be fixed, refund the affected period.

If you were charged twice by mistake, or charged after cancelling, contact us at mbouchou@hotmail.com and we will refund the incorrect charge.

Send your request to mbouchou@hotmail.com with the email used at checkout and the reason. We reply within 5 business days.
